    By using this website (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use and the policies below. If you don’t accept them, please don’t use the Site.
  2. Who we are / what we do
    Exceedity provides management consultancy and board-level advisory services (SIC 70229). We are not authorised by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and do not provide regulated investment services.
  3. No advice
    All Site content is general information only. Nothing on this Site is a financial promotion, investment advice, an offer, invitation, or inducement to engage in investment activity. Where appropriate, founder-requested investor introductions are coordinated alongside FCA-authorised partners.
  4. Acceptable use
    Don’t misuse the Site. No unlawful, harmful, defamatory, infringing, or malicious activity; no scraping or automated access beyond normal browsing; no security probing.
  5. Third-party links
    Links to third parties (e.g., partners, platforms) are provided for convenience. We’re not responsible for their content or policies.
  6. Intellectual property
    All content (text, images, code, trademarks and logos) is owned by Exceedity or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use it commercially without written permission. You may link to public pages so long as the link is fair and not misleading.
  7. Liability
    The Site is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exceedity is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing excludes liability that can’t be excluded by law.
  8. Governing law
    These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction.

2. Privacy Policy

  1. Data controller
    Exceedity Ltd is the data controller for personal data processed via this Site and our contact forms. Contact: inbox@exceedity.com.
  2. What data we collect
    - You provide: name, email, company, role, phone (optional), website/deck URLs, enquiry details, preferences (e.g., partnership vs services).
    - Automatic: IP address, device info, pages viewed, timestamps, referral/UTM, approximate location.
    - From partners (where relevant): analytics, advertising platforms and affiliate networks (e.g., Google, Meta, AWIN, Amazon Ads), scheduling tools, form processors.
  3. Why we use it (lawful bases)
    - Respond to enquiries; provide services (contract / legitimate interests).
    - Operate and improve the Site, security and analytics (legitimate interests).
    - Marketing with your consent (or soft opt-in where permitted).Legal compliance (e.g., record-keeping).
  4. Sharing
    We use trusted processors for hosting, analytics, email, forms, CRM, task/project tools, and (where applicable) payments. We only share what’s necessary to provide the service and require processors to protect your data.
  5. International transfers
    Where data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses plus additional safeguards where needed.
  6. Retention
    We keep personal data only as long as necessary: enquiries up to 24 months after last contact; client records per engagement plus 6 years for legal/accounting; analytics data per platform defaults unless you request deletion.

    Under UK GDPR you can access, correct, delete, restrict, object, and port your data, and withdraw consent at any time. Email inbox@exceedity.com with the subject “Data Request”.
  8. Complaints
    If unresolved, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). See the ICO website for details.
  9. Security
    We use reasonable technical and organisational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege, regular reviews). No system is 100% secure.

  • Partnerships: board-level, hands-on operator engagements. Fees may be combined with equity and/or deferment to align incentives (not an investment product).
  • Services: full-price consulting with fixed scope and deliverables.
  • Investor introductions: when requested by founders, we may facilitate introductions via FCA-authorised partners. Founders engage directly with investors. We don’t make public offers or recommendations.
